It is issued before that Fujitsu will sue Apple for the iPad name, maybe Steve Jobs had a private conversation with Fujitsu’s CEO so Fujitsu have given the “iPad” trademark to Apple so Fujitsu won’t sue Apple anymore. We don’t know what kind of deal that both company made maybe it includes money, patents, licenses, who knows? the fact is iPad belongs entirely to Apple now.
