Google Voice is service is now officially available on iPhone OS 3.0 and Palm WebOS. The new web app for iPhone and WebOS can be accessed at m.google.com/voice . The Google Voice web app provides access to a streamlined version of your Google Voice inbox  and lets you place international calls at low rates, as well as send and receive SMS for free . The service is almost similar to Skype. But you can use service if you are resident in USA and also have a voice plan on your handset and a Google Voice account. Need one? Go there and make one.
