Enterprise users looking to get their hands on an Android smartphone will be pleased to hear that Motorola together with Bell Canada have officially announced the Motorola Pro+ 4G. The device is expected to make its debut on the 7th of November and will be available for subscribers on Bell Canada for $350 off contract.

In terms of hardware, the Motorola Pro+ 4G will sport a 1GHz processor, 512MB of RAM, a 3.1” 640×480 display, HSPA+ connectivity and will run on Android’s Gingerbread 2.3. All of which will be packed into a candybar shaped phone with a QWERTY keyboard reminiscent of Blackberry smartphones.

Granted that the 3.1” display may not be the most ideal to edit documents, but for those who travel frequently, it would the encryption capabilities of the Pro+ 4G that will sell it for enterprise customers. It will come with QuickOffice Connect and should you lose your device, it appears that the Pro+ 4G will support a remote wipe of your device and the SD card. It will also feature a variety of accessories designed for the business person on the go, such as a Bluetooth headset, Bluetooth enabled car kit, portable power and a car charger.
