Samsung Diva has announced since December, and the good news is the handset finally make its way to China. The Samsung Diva S7070C and the S5150 are ready to hit the market, so if you are in China you can get them in stores. To remind you about the specs the S7070C is a touch screen phone with a 2.8” QVGA display, TouchWiz UI and a 3.2 MP camera while the S5150 is a clamshell phone with a hidden external display, QVGA internal display, stereo FM radio and 3.2MP autofocus camera.
