And yet another smartphone has been announced sporting Android as the operative system, it is entitled LG LU6200 and to start with it is suppose to become available in South Korea in the near future, and hopefully in other markets on 2012.
The LG LU6200 is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset and a Scorpion dual-core processor at 1.5GHz which should be more than enough to make it run smoothly. The GPU – graphics processing unit – is the Adreno 220 and the memory RAM is set at 1GB. The display screen is pretty good measuring 4.5-inches with a big resolution of 1280×720 pixels – it also makes use of the AH-IPS display technology.
On the rear of the new LG smartphone there is a 8-megapixel camera and on the front there is another camera with 1.3-megapixels for video calls. An important detail on all the smartphones is the weight, and the LG LU6200 is pretty good with only 123 grams. One of the special details is featuring a LTE radio which means it is able to transfer data at speeds of 75Mbps.

The AlessiTab runs on Google’s Android OS and it is designed to be used around the home and comes with an interesting dock,an SD card slot, a USB port, and up to six hours battery life. Meizu the Chinese Manufacturer has done it again! After Meizu known for its iPhone clones, recently they announced an iPad clone. This iPad clone named The Meizu Mbook, it comes with an 8.4-inch touchscreen with a 1024 x 768 display and measures 210 x 140 x 14mm, Android OS, and 1080p output through a built-in HDMI port. The tablet powered by a 1.5 GHz processor and also equipped with WiFi, 3G, and GPS for the connectivity. This tablet also has a long life battery with up to 12 hours battery life. No words on pricing yet but it looks like it will be available some time in 2011. [CG]
TC Tatoo might be the least powerful Android smartphone, but HTC has not forgotten it. The good news is that all HTC Tatoo users will be blessed with an Android 2.1 update soon. This is what they said about this.
