Kyocera Luno 1 270x497 The Kyocera Luno flip phone Released by Cricket

Cricket has announced that it is carrying the Kyocera Luno, a basic flip-phone that is targeted to the no-frills consumer. The Luno is about as basic as you can get nowadays, with its clamshell design and standard keypad. Kyocera managed to include two displays, one on the outside of the flip to display time and caller ID, and a 1.8-inch screen on the inside for main phone functions. The Luno has a VGA camera for pictures of the grandkids, and it has a WAP browser so you can look up what time the early bird special starts at the Sizzler.

The Luno can be paired with Cricket’s $45 per month plan that offers unlimited talk, texting, web browsing, 411 calls, international texting, and turn by turn navigation, but it will most likely be used on the $35 plan that retains the unlimited talk and text and drops the other features. You can pick up the Luno in purple for $59.99 from Cricket.
