It is issued before that Fujitsu will sue Apple for the iPad name, maybe Steve Jobs had a private conversation with Fujitsu’s CEO so Fujitsu have given the “iPad” trademark to Apple so Fujitsu won’t sue Apple anymore. We don’t know what kind of deal that both company made maybe it includes money, patents, licenses, who knows? the fact is iPad belongs entirely to Apple now. Congratulation Apple for winning the iPad name. [Gizmodo]

Ever imagine a separable phone? if Yes then your imagination is now reality. Thanks to Fujitsu. They made a device for NTT DoCoMo . The device was showcased during the Mobile World Congress last week. The mobile is also known as Fujitsu F-04B. The most important point in the phone is that you can separate it into 2 segments. One with the 3.4 inch touchscreen display and the other one sporting QWERTY keypad. The mobile comes with some strong specs like 12.1 megapixel camera, an inner camera, an accelerometer, multitasking and other sweet things. It’s probably a high end phone with a high end price. The mobile comes with a price tag of $600 and will be available between March and April. Also have a look on the Video demo of the Mobile after the jump

Fujitsu iPad
Now that’s really something interesting. That back in 2002 , Fujitsu, One of the largest computer hardware and IT services in the world launched a Windows CE.NET 5.0 handheld computing device in US. And decided to name it iPad. And in 2003 , Fujitsu applied for trademarking the iPad name but its request was suspended by the US Patent and Trademark Office because there was yet another company that filed for the same trademark before in 2000. The USPTO has abandoned Fujitsu’s application at one point, the Japanese company filed for a revival in 2009. Fujitsu declared:
“We are aware of Apple’s iPad announcement and the possible infringement on our trademark. We are currently discussing our options with our trademark counsel and have no further comment at this time.”
The Fujitsu device features a touchscreen, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth(picture above) .Stay tuned with us and lets see what happens. Will Fujitsu sues Apple. Whats you guys think about it?
