Good news from Nokia! The company has just announced the availability of Nokia C5, a smartphone made for social networking and sharing. You can see your friends facebook status from your phonebook, pretty cool! it’s also easy to access other social networking sites such as Myspace. This Candybar phone features a 2.2 inch QVGA display, HSDPA, Ovi Maps 3.0 with free navigation, Nokia Messaging, 3.5mm headset jack, “stereo IHF speaker”, 3.2MP camera, and a 2GB card in the box. The phone also equipped with Ovi Music to provide you with fresh music. You can get this starting from 2nd Quarter of 2010 for €135 or about $183. [Nokia]

Nokia C5 Cseries

The first mobile of the Nokia C-series. Known as Nokia C5 has appeared in some leaked photos for the first time. The C5 looks like a regular non-touch Symbian S60 candybar.But one thing is confusing me that is there is any difference between C-series and other Nokia non touch Symbian S60 Mobile. Like the E-series is for the business use and the X series is for the entertainment. And N-Series includes High-end phones like N97 etc.So i think C series is just a simple mid to low-end phone class . The Nokia C5 features a 2.2 inch QVGA display, Symbian S60, HSPA connectivity, A-GPS, 3.5mm headset jack, 3.2MP camera, FM radio, 50MB of internal memory, and MicroSD card support and  it’s a mid to low-end phone that will probably have a low price.
