Dell latest android Smartphone codenamed Dell Venue will be coming to US soon. The good news is the handset will be sold as an unlocked version while the company hasn’t mention any release date or price yet. Just for a quick reminder, the Dell Venue Smartphone comes with a 4.1-inch WVGA AMOLED capacitive touchscreen display, a 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon QSD8250 processor, an 8.0-megapixel at meutofocus camera, a 512MB RAM, a 1GB ROM, a microSD card slot (up to 32GB), A-GPS, WiFi, Bluetooth, a micro-USB port, a 3.5mm headset jack and runs on Android 2.2 Froyo OS. After the Dell Streak available on UK, now folks in US will get the chance to purchase this mini tablet. It seems that the tablet will be priced for $299.99 with a new 2-year AT&T contract, but if you don’t want any contract you can purchase it for $549.99. Apple has decided to delay the iPad International release for one month. Apple plans to launch the tablet around the world, including UK at the end of May, and will begin accepting pre-orders on 10 May. The company said that it is because the demand exceeded the supply in US, as we know 300,000 iPad were sold at the first device launch and Apple claims it delivered 500,000 unit in the first week of the release. “Demand is far higher than we predicted and will likely continue to exceed our supply over the next several weeks,” said Apple. just for reminder, Apple iPad price is starting from $499 (£328) with wi-fi but no 3G connectivity.
