Verizon Wireless is about to launch another slider phone from Pantech namely the Pantech Jest 2. The handset will become available from September 29th for $79.99 with a new 2-year contract agreement and after a $50 mail-in rebate. Specs-wise, the Jest 2 packs a 2.4-inch landscape display, a 2MP camera, a slide-out QWERTY keyboard, a microSD card slot (up to 32GB), Opera Mini browser, VZ Navigator, V CAST Tones, Bluetooth, a 3.5mm headset jack and supports for quad-band GSM connectivity.

Remember the LG Enlighten that we mentioned a few weeks ago? At that time the smartphone appeared in an Walmart Ad with a price tag of $0.97, but this time it’s different because the unit will soon become available for purchase online at Verizon Wireless, more specifically on the 22nd of September (tomorrow) priced at $80 after a 2-year contract and a mail-in rebate of $50 (Not so cheap as you could imagine) but you can also find it in stores starting on the 29th of September.

It is also said that the Incredible which unveiled with a Big Red color seems true.
