ViewSonic ViewPad VB733 Android Tablet
ViewSonic has released their newest Android tablet for the Chinese market. Called the ViewPad VB733, the device sports a 7.0-inch 800 x 480 capacitive multitouch display, a 1.0GHz ARM Cortex-A9 dual-core processor, a 512MB RAM, a 16GB of storage, a microSD card slot (up to 32GB), dual cameras, 1080p Full HD video playback support, a G-sensor, 3G, WiFi, a 3.5mm headset jack, an HDMI port, a 3600mAh battery and runs on Android 2.2 OS. The ViewPad VB733 retails for 1,699 Yuan (about $266). [VS]

A new Android 2.2 smartphone has been unveiled at CES this week. This one is coming from ViewSonic. ViewSonic ViewPad 4 comes with Qualcomm’s 1GHz MSM8255 processor together with a 4.1-inch WVGA display, 5 megapixel auto-focus camera with 720p video recording capability, GPS, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi as well as HDMI out. The handset also has a 5 megapixel rear facing camera and a 3-megapixel front-facing camera which allows you to do video calls. ViewSonic also plan to release other sizes for their ViewPad with the ViewPad 7 and ViewPad 10 inch tablets. When the new ViewSonic smartphone hits the shelves it will retail for around $549 (but is carrier dependant) and should start shipping in the middle of 2011. [Geeky-Gadget]

Viewsonic is known as PC LCD and LCD TV Manufacturers and then they expand to digital photo frame and netbook segment. Recently, Viewsonic has unveiled its latest notebook dubbed as the ViewBook VNB131. Based on the picture above the ViewBook is quite good looking with 13.3 inch screen. The VNB131 ViewBook Pro features an Intel ULV SU7300 Core 2 Duo processor, 320GB HDD, 2GB of RAM, a DVD burner, memory card reader, VGA out, HDMI out, and optional battery with up to 12 hours of use. After the Apple iPad. Lot of new manufacturers are going to start producing tablet PCs. And i think in future there will be only Tablets. But lets talk about present. Viewsonic just introduce a new Tablet known as Viewsonic VTablet 101. The Tablet is for Chinese market but will surely become worldwide soon. The Viewsonic VTablet runs Google Android OS and in the inside you can find a ARM Cortex-A9 processor at 1GHz, and also a NVIDIA Tegra for the graphics. VNB102. The netbook comes with an Intel Atom N270 1.60GHz processor, 1GB RAM,160GB Hard disk with a 10.1 inch LCD with 1024 x 600 resolution. It also equipped with a 3-in-one card reader, three USB ports, Ethernet, VGA and running on Windows XP OS. You can choose to buy it with 3-cell battery(3 hours) for $349, or a 6-cell battery version for $399, which should produce 6 hours of battery life.
